Scope of Services
- Engage in conversation to determine patient’s personalities and likes and
dislikes. - Confer to family members to determine specifics of chaperoning at particular
event or activity. - Oversee patient during travelling to events such as hospital visits or shopping
malls etc. - Provide information on how to keep safe during travelling, and during the time
that they will be at the event. - Monitor at event, ensuring that patient do not engage in any negative activities.
- Ascertain that the patient is kept away from harm.
- Conduct briefing to help the patient be aware of rules and regulations.
- Handle any emergencies such as accident and injuries by performing First Aid
and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). - Provide family members of patients with feedback on behavior issues and type
of activities that the patient is part of. - Always check on the patient to ensure that they are safely transported to their
home.
